Applies to fresh tomatoes of varieties “or cultivars” grown from Lycopersicon esculentum Mill, of the Solanaceae family which are for direct human consumption and excludes tomatoes for industrial processing.
It is intended to define the quality attributes of fresh tomato after harvesting and to grade them according to the different quality levels.
