Description

This Botswana Standard gives the following information regarding a road vehicle: a) the reference sound level (see 3.2), if supplied by the motor vehicle manufacturer; b)the stationary sound level limit (see 3.3); and c)the S value (see 3.4).NOTE 1 This Botswana Standard is intended to be used in conjunction with BOS 121. NOTE 2 This Botswana Standard provides up-to-date information for law enforcement officers, to facilitate noise measurements in accordance with the requirements of BOS 121.

The Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS) understands the importance of impartiality and confidentiality in carrying out its management system certification activities.
