Detergent for industrial dishwashing equipment — Specification
Description
This Botswana Standard specifies requirements for different types of detergents for use in industrial dishwashing equipment of which the parts that come into contact with the detergent are of stainless steel.
The detergents are not intended for cleaning crockery that has on-glaze decoration.
