Description

This part of BOS 649 specifies methods for determining the thickness of XLPE insulation, the tensile strength and elongation at break of XLPE insulation, before and after ageing, the dimensional stability (shrinkage test), the size of voids and contaminants, and the degrees of cross-linking (hot set test).
