Description

This standard contains provisions for sectional steel tanks with or without covers, for the storage of liquids at or above ground level. Two types of tanks construction are specified.This standard does not cover tanks that are to be used for the storage of hazardous substances. This standard does not cover tanks that operate under pressurized or vacuum conditions.

The Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS) understands the importance of impartiality and confidentiality in carrying out its management system certification activities.
